Description

Our home is a two bedroom split-cape with newer furniture and appliances. The home features an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off in after the beach, washer and dryer in basement, and smart TV. There are also A/C units in the home. In addition, there is a BBQ grill and picnic area, as well as a fire pit with chairs to relax in while roasting s’mores!

Two Bedrooms: the first bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and double closets. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, a bureau, and a closet. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens are included.

Nearby Activities: Kayaking, paddle boarding, kite sailing, golfing, tennis, fishing on beach side piers, biking, parasailing and wave runner rentals. Close to ferries to both Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard as well as Harbor Cruises & Fishing Excursions are only 4 miles away in Hyannis. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shopping areas as well as within 1 mile of several beaches. But you'll be tucked away in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood just off Rte. 28.

There is a 6 occupant and 2 car maximum. No pets allowed. All weeks are Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Charming Cottage...great location

My family and I rented this cottage in August of 2017. It was adorable!! Very clean and updated. We felt at home! The kitchen has everything you would need, really loved having a dishwasher. The gas grill was perfect for having a BBQ. We loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Outdoor shower after the beach was a big bonus. Both bedrooms were very nice and had comfortable beds. The living room had a huge tv with cable and very comfortable furniture. Loved having wifi! The house is located on a very quiet street which was so nice! However, the house is right of Rt 28 so there are many stores, mini-golf, restaurants and beaches very close by. Loved the house! The owners were very responsive. show more show less

ADORABLE, COZY COTTAGE!!!!!

We were so happy to have found this great cottage! Super location, convenient to beaches, mini-golf, water parks, shopping, ICE CREAM, everything! The house was clean, newly updated, and so cozy! We felt right at home, right away. The kids had a great time, and with the upstairs, they felt like they had plenty of space to hang out and play. Well-equipped, we enjoyed grilling at home, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, or curling up on the couch with a good movie on a rainy night! We definitely plan to return! show more show less

Lovely cottage

We booked on very short notice and were lucky to find this jewel in Yarmouth. The rental home is spacious and clean and we felt at home right away. Lots to do in the vicinity. It's maybe not the most beautiful neighborhood but the cottage as well as the minigolf and arcades nearby make up for it. Would come back any time!
