I just recently returned from a week at the Cape in this lovely home. This house is in a perfect location and has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler, etc. The house is also very well stocked with everyday needs and is also very nicely decorated. The owner Judy was great! She often checked in with me throughout the week to see if I needed anything or had any questions. What can I say except our vacation week was PERFECT!!! Judi is the best hostess ever, gave us our privacy but also was there just next door if needed. This is not a cottage...it is a home equipped with EVERYTHING you may need for your home away from home. It was great for my two yorkshire terriers too...fenced in yard they loved it!!! I would venture to say this is the BEST pet friendly rental on Cape Cod. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with this rental. However, I cannot guarantee the weather although ours was PERFECT!!! show more show less

Where do I begin? Judy is an amazing host. The house comes equipped with every single thing you need from bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper, linens, sand toys, everything!! Judy made our stay so welcoming and comfortable and made sure everything was perfect which it was. The home is beautiful and not your small typical cottage. There is so much space! The fenced in back yard is so perfect for the dog too. Very close to Route 28 also which has so many stores and restaurants. This place is the place to go if you want your vacation to be perfect and no stress! show more show less

We stayed at the Pine Cone Cottage, and it was a wonderful vacation with our two girls age 3 and 14. The cottage is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom. There were beach chairs, beach toys, and a nice fire pit to use at night. Judi even left a couple little gifts upon arrival for our girls and the fixings to make s'mores. She was truly the best host ever and even brought the sweetest parting gift over for our 3 year old -- Tilley the Zebra. She really made our vacation that much better and though she was right next door, we only saw her once when she dropped off the gift. The cottage's backyard was completely private and fenced in. We even played whiffle ball. The cottage and Seagull Beach I feel like are in the less touristy area, which is nice. We went to the beach every day except once, when we took our trip to P-Town. We are looking forward to returning next year with the girls. It was just perfect! show more show less

This was our first time coming to the Cape, and I chose this property based on the owner alone. There are a lot of cute houses out there, but she took the time to call me and talk with me which made me feel at ease about the whole trip. The cottage is really cute and the kitchen is definitely well-stocked. Judi had everything ready to go when we got there, and we were grateful to have wine and goodies to help unwind from the trip. We did not actually ever meet, but she checked in via phone or text and asked if we needed anything, etc. We had a great time with long days exploring and seeing as much as we could. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and cool even though it was really warm outside while we were there. This property is in a great location, and everywhere we wanted to go seemed like just a short drive away. Also a huge plus are the linens and towels that are included. We brought towels, but were happy to have the extras available. show more show less

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Judi's house! There is a great fire-pit and grill, which we used almost every night. The house is small with only one bathroom, but it is VERY comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some time on the Cape.
