Was a great find. Just as advertised.
Spent just as much time sitting on deck(great view), as inside. Place was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook in.
Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to going back next year.

We have spent many summers vacationing on the Cape. While searching for a place to rent this year we came across this beauty and were not disappointed. Diane was wonderful to deal with. This place had everything we needed for a great week relaxing on the beach!....,,,clean, comfortable and cozy. We will definitely rent it again.

After 15 years of staying in a hotel in Yarmouth, we rented a condo from Diane. And what a great experience it was for us! Very clean, well stocked (Diane has thought of everything one might need), great decor, so comfortable, so homey, we loved our week there & wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you Diane for the use of your home!

We had an amazing family stay at the house! Diane was wonderful to deal with at all times, and by the end of our vacation, I felt like we were her family. It was great to have the private beach steps from the house. We had many friends who were staying at different locations throughout the Cape, and they all said this house was a great find. TV's and A/C in every room -great patio and yard. Ocean view on the deck was the perfect ending to our nights. I wish I had reserved for two weeks. So sad I had to come home! We have traveled to Cape Cod for many summers, and this condo was a perfect spot as the proximity to the beach was great. The condo was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a great week. It was nicely decorated and the furniture and beds were very comfortable - there is a TV in every room! The view from the upstairs deck was amazing. Diane was so nice and easy to deal with, we are so thankful she shared her home with us. Only thing negative is we had to leave!! We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was provided. Diane was great to deal with. She was very concerned about our comfort and that everything met our expectations. My favorite thing is that it is just steps to the beach - no worries about parking or public bathrooms. We will return.
