This property is gorgeous! Everything you need for a wonderful Cape vacation. The house has everything. Plenty of room (we were a family of 12). The house is warm and inviting with spectacular views of Bass River from the family room and bedrooms. The deck is especially relaxing with a massive view of the river. The kitchen with its vaulted ceiling is well equipped. Lots of large, comfortable bedrooms with views of the river. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The lower level kid's room with bunk beds was perfect with easy access to the back yard. My grandsons fished off the dock and went kayaking every day, all day. Beautifully appointed house by the river. Can't say enough about this lovely property. Lee was wonderful to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. Hope to return next year.

My siblings and I stayed here for our annual vacation. We were 10 in total, and had enough room to enjoy each other and have some space to ourselves... if anyone needed it. Some of us were able to kayak (we brought our own) but there were bikes available at the house. Two refrigerators made cooking for this large group possible. The outdoor grill was one of the best I have ever seen. The house lacked nothing! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful and the house was extremely welcoming -- we felt it would be good for small or large groups as it comfortably sleeps a surprisingly large number. It was well maintained and clean. The beaches were a short drive and the Bay side was great for the kids. We had never been to Cape Cod before and were pleasantly surprised at the overall atmosphere. Being the destination for Bostonians, we expected it to be similar to the Jersey Shore (the destination for New Yorkers). It was nothing like that. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It can handle a lot of people comfortably so is very nice for large families. It is beautifully located right on the river, with a fence to keep children safe. The kitchen is well stocked, the deck is beautiful and the upstairs living room is roomy and open.

My family and I rented this home for a reunion with friends and it was the perfect getaway. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our many guests comfortably, plus a well- stocked kitchen. And the tranquil waterfront location can't be beat. The Bass River is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. My two-year old LOVED jumping off the dock into the warm, clear water. Can't wait to spend another summer on the Cape in this wonderful home!

I rented this house for a reunion with my childhood friends and their families. We couldn't have been more pleased. Being right on the Bass River was the perfect location for being able to enjoy the water right from the backyard. The backyard was a great place for the kids to play, and the fence and gate kept everyone safe. The house is close to the bike path and the grocery store. The extra fridge in the garage is a nice touch so we could stock up on food for the week. The house had ample space for multiple families and stayed cool even during the heat wave that was going on while we were there. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at 232 Blue Rock Road for the last 4 years in September. We love the location and the house. The beds are comfortable, it is very quiet and everything we need is included. It offers safe shallow swimming from the private small beach and fishing for bass right off the dock. For our family of 6 plus babies and the occasional guests it is perfect. We plan to come back this September.

My family and I have stayed at this property for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is perfect, offering fishing, boating, jet skiing and even catching blue crabs right off the dock. Or you can just sit and relax and enjoy the quiet and serene atmosphere on the deck. The house is more than we ever expected. Plenty of room and space for big families or extended family. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the house has always been very clean with everything we could need for the week. The views are beautiful from every room.

Dealing with Lee and Holly has been a pleasure over the years and staying here has become our favorite week of the year. We look forward to it every summer. This house is perfect in every way and I would recommend anyone to stay here. show more show less
