Description

This newly built custom home features views of Lewis Bay, 3 furnished decks, central air, wifi, gas fireplace, gas fire pit and is steps away from a private beach. The first floor with its open floor plan offers a 1/2 bath, a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen island, upgraded cabinets and a separate dining table area. The gas fireplace with a flat screen ''smart'' TV mounted above it is the center of the living area. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating. The laundry room is found off the kitchen as well as the entrance to a 1 car garage. The driveway is able to hold 4 cars plus one in the garage.

Exit through the sliding door off the dining area onto a beautiful backyard patio that features a natural gas fire pit, a natural gas Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower! On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and wall mounted flat screen ''smart TV'', master bath that includes granite counter tops with double vanity sinks, glass door shower with bench seat and two shower heads, walk in closet, vaulted ceiling and private deck with Lewis Bay views.

A full bath with granite vanity top, full tub and shower can be found on the second floor as well as two additional bedrooms; one offering a queen bed with a wall mounted flat screen ''smart'' TV, the other with a twin over double bunk bed.

The third floor is the bonus/getaway room, where you can escape to relax at all times of the day and night. Here along with two decks offering views of the bay, you will find a 1/2 bath, a futon couch, comfy chairs, vaulted ceilings, a full wet bar complete with sink and refrigerator and a wonderful built in bench seat with custom cushions comfortable enough for that hide away afternoon nap!

The home is located within walking distance of the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, as well as Hyannis Harbor which offers tour boats, fishing boats, shopping and dining at Baxter's Boathouse, Tugboats and The Black Cat to name a few. Or get a visit in to the JFK Hyannis Museum. There are over 20 public golf courses nearby including Bayberry Hill -- ranked in the top 10 golf courses in MA. The Cape Cod Melody tent is close as well as Main Street Hyannis with its many shops and restaurants. Mini golf is always nearby as is the popular Cape Cod Inflatable Park! Bike paths can be found close by as well.

The nearest commercial airport, Barnstable Municipal Airport, is 2.3 miles away, and ground transportation can be found 1.9 miles away at the Hyannis Transportation Center. Beautiful, clean beach house close to the water! Very much enjoyed our stay here! Just a short drive to hop on a ferry to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket. Only negative was the lack of ESPN to the cable package...(not a deal breaker as we went out to watch the football games).

Beautiful Home

This home was clean, updated and accurately represented. It was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The house had the necessary staples to get us started when we arrived such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. There was a good supply of pots, pans, glassware, cooking utensils and silverware. It included linens, beach chairs and a wagon to take supplies to the beach (my grandson loved the wagon). We were able to enjoy the outdoor shower and patio area. The beach was only a few minute walk from the house. It was beautiful beach and very quiet. Beth was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. Best home we have ever stayed in. Had just enough of everything we needed but not cluttered. It actually was a 3 min walk to a perfect quiet little beach. It was shallow with several little tide pools, great hermit crab catching for the kids. The back yard was a great size for kids to play which didnt seem to be the normal for that area. The pictures dont do this home justice!! We can't wait to stay there again.
