Beautiful and modern, four bedroom 3.5 bath home located on a quiet dead-end street (second house from the end) with no through traffic, yet a short bike ride to Sea Gull Beach. Home includes large master bedroom with master bath on the first floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs (one queen bed, two twins each in 3rd and 4th bedroom), and day bed (twin) also located upstairs in loft area. All three full baths are large and feature double sinks.

Amenities include a large billiards room with new 8-foot pool table, large foosball table, central air conditioning, gas fire pit in the backyard, two large flat screen TVs in comfortable sitting areas, WIFI, and tastefully decorated with nautical decor.

From the dining area's sliding glass door, you step down to a new (May 2021) large patio (530 sq ft), that includes a gas fire pit with a wall/bench on the outside of the patio around the fire pit, casual seating and a gas grill. Off the patio is a large backyard with privacy fence, and an outside shower. The back yard is large enough for lawn games or child play. Several beach chairs and boogie boards also available.
