Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck after a fun day at the beach! Host your own movie night in the finished basement with the brand new 75 inch TV, bar and game room. We have plenty of puzzles, games and books for you to enjoy on a rainy day.

Features also include a great outdoor area with a deck, outdoor shower, eating area, bar, grill, firepit and fenced in yard. The house is located on a cul de sac and in a very private neighborhood.

It is a short drive to so many lovely beaches in Yarmouth and Dennis, Grays, Sea Gull, Chapins, Mayflower, Corporation, etc. This location is just a short drive to bayside and ocean side beaches. The house is in a great location, walking distance to Bayberry Hills public golf course and bike/walking path and playground. You will also find many local restaurants and bars close by.

    Best house for a perfect visit!

    The location is amazing and allowed us to hit all the hot spots on the cape! The house is spotless- we've had others that aren't nearly as clean! We loved the back yard! The fire pit and sand makes it feel like we never left the beach! Plus the fenced in yard makes it great for our fur babies- who were welcomed! The kitchen had all the needed items. I planned this for my husbands family of 10! And there was plenty of room for us to all be together comfortably! This place was so perfect, my mother in law had me book it right away for the following year!! show more show less

    Gorgeous gem in the cape

    What a wonderful property . Fit 10 people perfectly comfortably. The kitchen is fully loaded and functional. The outside deck / shower area is amazing. Awesome location to tour the entire cape. Easy access to and from Logan . Highly recommend this property for a vacation week with friends/ family
