34 Collingwood Dr. This Yarmouthport 4 bedroom home is within a few miles of Dennis Bayside beaches, local restaurants and popular Grays Beach. There is central a/c on the 1st floor and window a/c's in all the 2nd floor bedrooms. Plenty of room to sleep 8 people, and, with an added $200 pet fee, you are allowed to bring your dog. There is a large living room along with a family room which has access to the back deck, just perfect for hanging out and grilling the evening meal. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has seating for 8. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and also a full bath on the 1st and 2nd floor. Downstairs there is a finished office room if someone needs quiet time to work and another full bath. Plenty of room on the back deck and new outside furniture.

Centrally located and close to everything in the Mid-Cape area. Travel down Route 6A and explore the small shops and restaurants and beaches along the way from P-Town to Sandwich. Still close enough to go to the desirable Dennis beaches like Mayflower Beach, Corporation Beach and Chapins Beach, but don't forget to go and watch the magnificent sunsets on the boardwalk of Grays Beach.
