Come stay at our recently updated cottage, just 0.6 of a mile to a private beach. This place is ideal for a family or two couples looking for a nice getaway. It has two bedrooms with one bath. One room has a queen while the other has 2 twin beds. Linen is optional and can be provided for a fee. Each bedroom has a window AC unit including one in the dinning room.

The yard is great for entertaining and enjoying the evening with family and friends. The property gets treated regularly with organic tick and mosquito control. There's an outside shower great for after the beach or an early morning cool down.

The location is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and more. There's off street parking for two vehicles and more can be provided upon request. Please refer to the amenities list for more that this place has to offer. Thank you for your interest in our home.

    A true Cape escape!

    Our family needed a break from the end of the year scramble at school. This place was an amazing find!

    The interior is fresh and clean. My wife couldn't stop talking about how nicely decorated everything was. The space was spotless, and well laid out. We all enjoyed relaxing on the couch and playing board games. Just what we all needed.

    We took our daughter and her cousin swimming, out for ice cream, and played min golf within walking distance of the cottage. Pretty hard to beat!

    The yard is amazing. It has a beautiful climbing tree, and a lot of space for kids to explore, safely. We also had some friends over for a bbq on the deck out back. Everyone loved it.

    The hosts couldn't have been nicer.

    Beautiful Cottage

    The cottage is bright with natural light, clean and welcoming – perfect for a week at the Cape. A cup of tea on the back deck in the morning was a relaxing way to start the day. Kerry and Steven were kind and checked-in upon arrival to see if anything was needed.

    The location off Route 28 allowed easy access to get around by car and was also a short bike ride to the Cape Rail Trail. The beach at the end of the street was quiet and relaxing.

    I will look at this property again for a future visit.
