Welcome! This bright and airy two bedroom ranch style house found in a quiet neighborhood is ready for your summer vacation! Centrally located in family-friendly Yarmouth, you'll be about a mile from Sea Gull beach with lots of great restaurants and activities nearby for everyone to enjoy.

This spot features all of the comforts of home. An open galley style kitchen has a full sized gas stove and refrigerator, extra counter seating for three and a large table that expands to seating for 6, great for mealtime, game night or even remote work.

Find quiet retreat in one of two bedrooms separated from the living space and kitchen by a short hallway (a great feature if you have little ones that nap). One room sleeps two with a queen, and the second bedroom sleeps four with a queen and two twin beds. Open the windows and let the beach air help rock you to sleep.

This house has a spacious bonus living room with vaulted ceilings. It also doubles as extra sleeping space with a queen sized pullout sofa. There is one full bathroom room with a tub, along with an outdoor shower in the private backyard to wash off the beach sand from the day of fun.

Enjoy the warm Cape evenings relaxing in the private backyard around the fire pit, grilling on the Weber and dining on the spacious deck with a large table for six. This large back yard is great for kids to play with lots of space to grill and enjoy the fire pit at the end of the day.

House Beautiful!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Alyson and Michael's lovely, spacious home for two weeks in July. Alyson was a joy to communicate with and extremely responsive to my needs. The beachy House Beautiful decor of the house was outstanding. Comfortable beds and fluffy quality bedding throughout.

I prepared and served many meals in the spacious, well equipped kitchen/dining area. The photos, while excellent, do not quite capture the largeness of the space. The generous deck and new Weber Grill was great. A new firepit in the large backyard was delightful.

Lovely Sea Gull Beach was about a mile away and provided a distant view of the 4th fireworks. I highly recommend staying at this lovely home! show more show less

Little Gem!

I recently stayed here with my kids over April vacation. We had a fantastic visit! It's close to everything. We visited 4 beaches in the immediate area. Each one had something different to offer. The house is very deceiving on the outside because it's so roomy! The family room and open concept flow made it feel like we were in a much bigger house!

We loved it so much that we are coming back over the summer with a few more people! We can't wait!!

What is special about this property?
Cape Cod has been a part of our summers since we were little kid ourselves. We've been bringing our own family to Yarmouth for years and have so many wonderful memories that we treasure. We hope you will love the Cape as much as we do and have the most special time while you visit this home away from home.

What is special about your town?
Yarmouth is centrally located at Mid Cape with lots of choices of beaches & ponds, family friendly activities and so many wonderful restaurants for everyone to enjoy. From mini golf at Pirate's Cove to walking the fairways at Bass River, the golf options are endless for kids to pros and all levels in between. The Cape Cod Inflatable Park is just around the corner if the kids are looking for a day off the beach and in the sky on the trapeze. Take a day trip over to the islands on one of the many ferries that run regularly each day out of Hyannis just a few miles away. Bring your bikes and take a scenic ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, 25 miles from Yarmouth to Wellfleet. If toes in the sand is on your wish list for the week, here are a few that you'll love: Seagull Beach, Grays Beach, Bass River Beach, Colonial Acres Beach, Englewood Beach, Smuggler's Beach, Parker's River Beach and Seaview Beach.
