Spacious and Soothing Cape Cod Retreat!!

This is an incredible home. Very clean and specious. Jessica and Eric made sure we had everything we needed and then some. We only had to bring our suitcases! Close to the beautiful beaches and downtown area. There really is enough room for two families. The yard and deck is very private and nicely maintained. I plan on renting this home this year for sure. You won't be disappointed!

Fully enjoyed our stay. House was perfectly decorated in a Cape Cod beach theme. Very comfortable with more than enough beds and space for my family. Perfect location near restaurants and short drive to beach. Personal favorite was the beautiful deck outback to hang out with family. Jess was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this Cape Cod Gem!

When we arrived it was dark so not really sure what we would find. I walked in and turned on the lights and immediately felt like I was home. It is a beautiful home. Everything was clean and bright. The house had everything there that we needed even a nice fireplace so you can curl up on the couch and read a book on a rainy day. It was a pleasure dealing with the Westcotts. I will definitely rent again from them and I have recommended this place to my friends.

My family and I stayed here this summer for a week in August 2021. The house was great!! There was space for all 6 of us (myself, my husband and 4 kids age 22, 20, 17 and 14). The house is decorated so cute and cozy - ocean/beach themed. When we arrived we were thrilled that the house was immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The house has 2 bedrooms on the main level and two on the second floor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms which were spotless! Spacious fully equipped eat in kitchen if you decide to eat in some or all meals. The wrap around deck which just overflows into the huge fenced in back yard was a perfect way to finish out the day with a BBQ dinner and some lawn games. There's a finished basement that was great for our larger family to have time and space separate from one another as well.

Seagull beach is a quick short drive or bike ride away … one of my favorite beaches on the Cape!!! Skippers, Pancake Man and Captain Parker's (and tons more-too many to name all) are some amazing restaurants we enjoyed and were very close to this home.

The owners were very attentive throughout the entire rental process and while we were there as well. They had great suggestions, when we asked, about different restaurants, beaches, shopping or places to visit during our stay! We will absolutely be back and I would highly recommend this home to anyone!! show more show less
