Cape Coddage - Updated Home With Huge Backyard

For many years we rented on the Cape at the end of the summer so our New York family could come up with the kiddos and enjoy one last Hurrah before the start of school. We travelled to the Cape almost every weekend summer of 2019 to find our own piece of the Cape Cod. After looking at about 30 homes, we were so blessed to have found Cape Coddage! We knew when we walked through the door this would be our home but once we viewed the backyard, we imagined our family as well as your family making awesome memories here.

We have been renting out Cape Coddage seasonally for about 4 years and were very thoughtful with selecting quality bedding and higher end furniture as well as the Cape inspired decor. We wanted our updated space to feel like home while you are visiting and hope that you and your guests/family experience the same family vacation we still get to enjoy year after year.

We live just outside Boston. I am a senior property manager by profession and was elected to my second term on the school committee. My husband has been a school bus driver for over 35 years. We hope to retire here in less than 10 years!

What is special about this property?
Great outdoor space - huge backyard with gas grill and seating for 6. We have a gas fire pit on the deck, just off the kitchen for chillier nights with a glass of sangria and a wood burning fire-pit for s'mores and gathering. There is also an outdoor shower.
We completed the FuN ZoNe a few years ago in the lower level/basement. There is a kids' play area with arcade basketball, life-size Connect Four and Playstation 4. There are also puzzles, board games and Disney DvDs. The adult side has a pool table with ping pong conversion top, TV, dry bar, fridge and zero gravity massage chair. There are also yoga mats and a sit up bench.

What is special about your town?
South Yarmouth is an awesome choice for your getaway! Being mid-Cape allows you access to other great Cape towns, including PTown, just 45 minutes away. There are also a ton of really good places to eat, including seafood, pizza, cream shops, mini golf and also a water park/inflatable park. There are also plenty of nice beaches all less than 10 minutes away.
