Welcome to our spacious, family friendly home in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts! This home offers four floors of living space, the perfect setting for families and friends to gather and make memories, any time of year.

A large yard and several outdoor spaces are available for you to relax on a hammock, play yard games and enjoy meals cooked on the grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the deck which overlooks conservation land across the street.

This home is the perfect mid-Cape location, 30 minutes from the Bourne/Sagamore Bridges, one hour from Provincetown and only one mile from the amazing downtown Hyannis area! A private association beach, located on Lewis Bay, is only 1/3rd of a mile away (a 7-9 minute walk).

Rinse off after a long day at the beach in our extra large outdoor shower! This home is in within a few miles of many activities such as mini-golf courses, ice cream/candy stores, the Whydah Pirate Museum, trampoline park, movie theater, bowling, the large Cape Cod Mall, several thrift stores, galleries, and breweries.

Your hosts are happy to assist you with planning your Cape Cod vacation by recommending local fishing charters, sunset cruises, seasonal activities, restaurants, grocery delivery and more. A 5-10 minute drive will bring you to many of Cape Cod's most beautiful public beaches, hiking areas, and the most amazing sunset spots!

Inside the home you will find enough space for large groups to relax comfortably. The home features two living rooms, three dining rooms, two full bathrooms, two sets of washers/dryers, a brand new bar, three bedrooms, and several bonus rooms.

We provide beach chairs, towels, linens, games, books, and many other amenities. Upper bedrooms having the following beds: King, Queen, King. Lower level bonus rooms have: Queen, Queen and a large bunk room with two twins and a set of bunk beds.

    Love this house and the owners

    We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children. We have been vacationing in the Cape for 30+ years so we are very familiar with the area. The house was amazing, lots of room for everyone. This well stocked house helped us make new and lasting memories with our children and grandchildren. The private beach , which we were at everyday, was where our children played for hours catching minnows. It was a delight to watch their children do the same. Thank you Tracey and Jay, who were a text away with answers to any questions and great advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, I have already told Tracey I want to come back next year. show more show less

    Large Family Home

    I cannot say enough nice things about this Cape Cod home! It's an ideal setting to create a perfect family vacation. There's plenty of living space with every amenity you can think of. It truly has all "the comforts of home"! Tracey is an amazing host and makes sure your needs are met. Her personal, welcoming touches exemplifies her desire to ensure a wonderful vacation.     Amazing Home

    We were a family of 12, adults and children. From the moment we arrived it felt like home! The house was neat &clean, had everything we needed, and there was so much room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it. Tracy was very accommodating when needed and always answered quickly when we had questions. Having a beach close by was amazing and it was close to everything! We will definitely be renting again!

    Great Home

    I can't say enough good things about this beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. Quiet neighborhood and close to a very nice private association beach just a short walk away. Very attentive host, Tracey answered every question we had and she even sent us a delicious breakfast bread to enjoy on Sunday morning. I can't think of one thing that we needed and it wasn't available for us to use. We are even planning to rent this home again in the Summer of 2024.
