Welcome to our calm and inviting Cape Cod beach house. Enjoy a relaxing vacation away from every day stress with a walk to Parker's River Beach down the street, just 3/4 of a mile away, and relax at their free Summer concerts every Monday in July and August from 6pm to sunset. Get in some fishing time over at Smugglers Beach that has a fishing deck (bring your fishing poles), a quick 4 minute drive.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. There are 2 large bedrooms with 2 twin beds and one queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa (We provide linens for the beds and bathroom towels, you bring your own beach towels). There is a separate living room with a sofa bed and couch, as well as an expansive sunroom where you can relax after a day at the beach. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The house has 3 smart televisions, one in the sunroom, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We have WiFi and newly installed central air to keep you cool on those hot Summer days. The back yard is fenced in and has an outdoor shower, seating area, and grill.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including mini golf, arcades, go-karts, restaurants, ice cream, and so much more!

    Ideal vacation home for a family!

    Our family of five had a terrific time at this spacious house. They thought of all of the details, from outlet covers to twinkle lights in the backyard. We loved the proximity to the beach and the outdoor shower to clean up in after. Our kids had fun running around in the fenced in yard; this sense of security is great for a family with young kids! The home is well maintained and clean inside and out, with comfy beds, big couches and Roku TVs. Our favorite part
    was the beautiful sunroom with sliding doors - so perfect for those breezy nights relaxing after dinner! The hosts were responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything needed for a great vacation! show more show less

    Best time! We will be back!!

    My husband and I were so pleased with this rental! Especially having three young kids, it was nice to see a rental very close to attractions, restaurants and the beach! There was always something to do!
    We loved taking our evening walks (very short walk) to Dairy Queen for an ice cream. The home is beautiful and clean. We were very happy about the fenced in back yard. This house offered it all! We already booked our week for next year! Thank you for a great time!

    We just got home from staying at this perfect home! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly matched the photos and description.     Amazing house in a great location!

    The home was perfect and met all our family's needs for our vacation. We enjoyed spending our mornings in the sun room and loved the proximity to the beach as well as all the other activities Yarmouth has to offer. Being walking distance from mini golf was a big hit for our kids! The house was clean, well maintained, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. It was also well stocked and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

    Perfect Family Getaway

    From the moment I contacted Peter and Rosa about renting their home, they were nothing but helpful and responsive answering my questions or offering suggestions for activities in the area. We've rented other homes in the area, and this was our favorite by far!

    The home itself was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, a five year old, three year old and one year old. The yard is fenced in so it's perfect to let the kids run around in after a day at the beach! The house is recently renovated so everything was clean and beautifully decorated.

    We walked several times from the house to the beach at Parker's River. It's really centrally located to everything including a quick walk to mini golf around the corner.

    I highly recommend this home especially if you have kids! We already inquired about next summer!

    What is special about this property?
    When we first walked into this house the main bedroom and sunroom is what made this house stand out to us. We adore the added charm with the bookcase in the tv/living room, as well as the original bricks on the fireplace in the tv/living room as well as the sunroom.

    What is special about your town?
    We love the location of our home, being so close to the beach and many attractions. Close to Dairy Queen, mini golf, driving range, arcades, race cars, the water park, pirate museum and more
