Newly renovated, adorable, cozy cottage, located in the heart of South Yarmouth.

Placed between Main Street- Route 28 and beautiful historic Bass River, the cottage is central to many stores, beaches, ice cream shops, and more. Biking distance to Bass River Beaches, as well as kayak and paddle board rentals.

This is a 1br/1bath with a full sized bed in the bedroom, and convertible sofa and a cot for additional sleep options in the living room area. Accommodations ideal for couples and suitable for small families. Ideal occupancy of 2 people, but a third guest will be considered. There is a private yard with a firepit, charcoal grill, and seating for outdoor dining or lounging.

Basic linens, Wifi, Roku Smart TV, and kitchen and bathroom amenities included.

Cleaning Fee Included in Price for full week bookings. $150 additional cleaning fee is charged for stays less than 1 week in duration.

    Cozy Cottage

    The cozy cottage was very clean and well air conditioned. The location was close to resturants and all the sites we visited. My husband and I were extremely comfortable there. The cottage was pet friendly, so I was estatic to bring my dog. The accommodations were excellent. The owner thought of everything and added so many cute personal touches. The bed was so soft we didn't want to get up. I would highly recommend staying in this cute cozy place on your vacation. We look forward to staying there again. show more show less

    Beautiful weekend getaway

    My fiancée , myself and our little bullie Spike had such a spectacular weekend stay . The cottage was so gorgeous, updated with so many great details . We absolutely loved our stay . Izzy was super nice , helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this beautiful little cottage . Had everything thing you need to enjoy your vacation and close to the beaches , restaurants etc …
