We have dining for 15+ in our oceanfront living spaces that draw in the natural beauty of the ocean right into your vacation!

Whether you’re on the bridge deck, or in bed, you’re right in the action of Hyannis Harbor. Watch amazing sunrises and sunsets at one of our many outdoor spaces, and view the night sky over the moonlit ocean. Enjoy the best views of 4th of July fireworks too on your very own semi-private beach with beach chairs.

This home is in an ideal location in West Yarmouth on the Hyannis border, just a 15 minute walk to Trader Ed's and Tugboats, and a short drive to Main St. in Hyannis and Rt 28 in Yarmouth.

    My husband and I have 6 rental properties located on the Cape and Islands. We bought our first one in West Yarmouth about 10 years ago. It is one of our largest one. We have two others located in West Yarmouth, one in Harwich Port and two on Nantucket. We enjoy hosting!

    What is special about this property?
    This property is great for a family getaway. You have the large lot to play games. The inground pool, hot tub and fire pit. The house is located in a peaceful area. Its only about a 14 minute walk to Tom Nevers Beach and a 16 minute drive to downtown.

    What is special about your town?
    Its only a 14 minute walk to Tom Nevers Beach, which has public bathrooms, basketball court and baseball field. Its only a 16 minute drive to downtown and about a 10 minute drive to Sconset.
