Welcome to our beloved family-friendly Cape cottage! Located just a short, 5-minute stroll from the tranquil Parker Beach (or as our kids call it--the playground beach!), this charming getaway is perfectly positioned for easy access to the idyllic beaches along S. Shore Drive.

Our quaint cottage sits conveniently close to Route 28, where your family can engage in fun activities like mini-golf, treat yourselves to delicious ice-cream, and enjoy the renowned chowder at Captain Parkers. Plus, a quick drive will bring you to family favorites like the Cape Cod Inflatable Park and the fascinating pirate museum, ensuring smiles all around.

As a family of five ourselves, we've designed our cottage with your family's comfort and enjoyment in mind. It features two warmly furnished bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other tailored for children with three cozy twin beds (a pack & play is also available). The living room includes a snug futon, and the sunny sunroom offers a pull-out couch, providing plenty of flexible sleeping options.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for family meal prep, equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker (as well as a drip coffee maker), full refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. We've also provided a range of dishes, pots, and pans for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and tub to cater to all ages, and there's an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after beach days.

For family entertainment, we've equipped the master bedroom, living room, and sunroom with flat-screen TVs, all connected to streaming services for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. To add to the excitement, we've also included 2 arcade systems, perfect for family gaming challenges and creating playful memories. And of course, complimentary Wi-Fi is included to ensure everyone stays connected and entertained throughout your stay
