We had such a wonderful time staying here! The online pictures really don't do the house justice. We enjoyed playing corn hole, tossing toys with the dog, and having a wood fire in the fire pit in the large back yard, which was so quiet and private. There were 4 plastic chairs in the yard, 4 chairs around the umbrella table and 4 wooden chairs at the dining table, so plenty of places to sit along with the two large couches in the living room. We ate most meals on the deck at the umbrella table so that we could spread our jigsaw puzzle out on the large dining table in the living room. The outdoor shower worked great. The gas fire pit on the deck was comfy with the sectional furniture around it. The kitchen was large and had all the necessary pots & pans, including a huge lobster steamer which we cooked 4 lobsters in at the same time. The eating and cooking utensils were perfect. We liked the large stoneware plates and the matching oversized bowls, which would be perfect for chili. Bring your own perishables like cooking oil and some spices and you're ready to cook anything. The layout of the house is great because it's so spread out and offers privacy between the two bedrooms. Plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. The air conditioners were spaced out and quickly cooled the place down when we'd come home. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly as we took our dog out for walks. Beds were clean and comfy with plenty of extra sheets and blankets in the closets. We used two air mattresses, one in the upstairs bedroom for my 2 year old grandson to be close to the floor, and another in the sitting room out side the upstairs bedroom. Having only one bathroom is tricky but if it keeps the cost down it's worth the trouble. We would definitely stay here again! show more show less

We enjoyed our stay. Beautifully renovated and all new appliances and fixtures. Amanda was great at communicating with us. Our small dog loved the doggy bed and the yard. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and we were a quick drive to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Beautifully decorated as well. Will stay here again!
