In the basement you will find a large entertainment area complete with a TV and surround sound, a bar space, and a large full bathroom with a soaking tub ideal for getting away from it all. The large back yard with deck make for a great space for yard games with friends and family while dinner sizzles on the BBQ! Don't neglect the outdoor shower after a fun filled day at the beach!
