The place was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful. It felt like home and we plan to go back again next year.

My family absolutely loved Toccara and Jimmy's Cape home. Check-in was easy and they had an adorable welcome bag. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your house your home for your vacation. The house is in a perfect location! It is close to restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. The bedroom setup was great for 3 adults and 2 kids, with beds to spare! We can't wait to stay there next year!

A perfect vacation HQ! The house is nicely set up for everything we needed while on vacation. Comfortable, plenty of seating options for meals, toddler-friendly both inside and outside, quiet and cool sleeping quarters. Everything we needed.

Toccara and Jimmy are great hosts, being proactively communicative and thorough in offering advice on where to eat, what to do ect. Plus, they provided tote bag of goodies on check-in!

We had a phenomenal stay at Toccara and Jimmy's house on the Cape! Our family cannot recommend this home enough. Toccara and Jimmy are wonderful hosts -- easy to get in touch with, communicative and accommodating. All the instructions they gave us were clear and thorough. The house itself is wonderful. We found it to be extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The home appears to be recently renovated! We were particularly impressed with the offerings in the kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, an air fryer, a blender and a toaster - all very nice and user friendly. There is only one indoor restroom, which may be difficult for some larger groups, but we didn't find it to be an issue.
Plus, with the outdoor shower (which is a *very* nice shower!) There's always a second bathroom, as long as you don't mind the outdoor aspect (we didn't). We recommend spending some time in the backyard at night with all the cute bunnies that call thier backyard home! You will not be disappointed by a stay at Toccara and Jimmy's!

We had a great time at the house which is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a number of recreational places for families and close to a number of beaches. Also, Sandy Pond is a 5 minute walk and a hidden gem. We spent the entire day swimming, paddle boarding and picnicking. The kids had so much fun. The water is shallow and clear and quite safe. The back yard at the house is quite spacious and really nice for large groups to hang out. We spent evenings making s'mores in the firepit outside and enjoying dinner at the outdoor table. There is also a fantastic outdoor shower and bathroom which is super convenient. As far as entertainment for the kids, the inflatable park and water park are nearby (5 min drive) and a number of mini golf places were a lot of fun. The host (Toccara) was super helpful and responsive to our questions. We felt like home. Enjoy!

The place is outstanding. Wonderful communication by the hosts, they even checked in with us first day to make sure everything was up to par. They provided great amenities upon check-in, like local coffee and salt water taffy and a guide book. The kitchen and amenities are top notch and equipment works really well. You have everything you need to cook at home (plus a nice laundry set so don't pack to much!).

Great location to restaurants, beaches, mini golf and such. The home is very clean and comfortable, and extremely kid friendly: Disney +, lots of fun toys in the basement, plus a wagon to help pull the kids and beach chairs (which the house also provides). Great backyard for the kids to play, large picnic table (plus an additional kids table), and fire pit to roast s'mores!

We stayed for a week vacation in the summer with family traveling internationally who I haven't seen in 2.5 years because of covid. We are so grateful we found this home for our stay. Hope we can come back in the future show more show less
