Our first time using WNAV, and we found the perfect home for our week long stay with friends and our pup ! The home was spotless, furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and it had amenities galore! The outdoor gas fire pit was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We loved that the home had beach chairs, beach towels, linens and bikes for our use, less items we had to pack! The home location was perfect and Allie was fabulous to work with. We felt right at home in this cozy space!

Wonderful house, superbly furnished, very nice landlady. It should be everywhere. The location is good for excursions, bike path in front of the door, we could use bicycles. Barbecue and fireplace in the garden - super well maintained. Everything you can imagine in the house, we felt at home. Very tasteful decor, lots of space.

Perfect get away
Location on the rail trail was great, and the house was just as described. Very clean and well-maintained with great kitchen and lovely outdoor sunken seating and fire pit.

The house was awesome. Came loaded with everything needed for an enjoyable beach weekend. The outdoor firepit area was relaxing, the grill worked great, all rooms were cool and comfortable. Location was great, 10-15 minutes to numerous beaches, stores, and restaurants. Alison went above and beyond to make this stay enjoyable. Parking is also terrific.

Relaxing getaway just as advertised
Our family had a relaxing week at Cape Cod and everything was as advertised. Within walking distance to bike trail. Close drive to all attractions/shopping/beach etc. Everything you needed on site including bikes, beach chairs etc.

Well-located and stocked with amenities
Conveniently located to beaches and shopping, cute and efficient accommodation, super-well stocked and with more amenities and recreational equipment than listed. Husband really liked the convenient and private outdoor shower. Very pleased with this rental.

Charming spot
This house was in a great central location for visiting numerous places on Cape Cod. It was very clean and had a cozy feel. House was well stocked with essentials. Manager was excellent about responding to questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed staying here during our trip to Cape Cod! Allie was easily reachable throughout our stay and very responsive to all of our questions and requests! The home was also even better than expected, everything was very clean organized and well stocked. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Cape Cod.

Long Weekend at the Cape
We had a wonderful stay at this home in South Yarmouth. It was better than described. Beautiful, well appointed, provided more than expected (sheets, towels, toiletries), and super clean. The fire-pit was great for s'mores. Centrally located and easy access to everything. Highly recommended.

Clean and well stocked
I have stayed in many VRBO properties. This was the cleanest and best stocked I have ever stayed in. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee linens and towels. There were some technical issues with the tv/internet and the owners were on it immediately and it was fixed the next morning! Due to the weather, we didn't have a chance to use the fire pit, but it looks very inviting. Also, the property is situated within walking distance of the Cape Cod bicycle trail. If you are looking for a centrally located, comfortable place to stay, this is it. Enjoy!!
