This home has a fully updated kitchen, fenced in yard, fire pit, outdoor shower and is spacious. Perfect for your whole family or for a quiet getaway. A short walk or drive will not only take you to the beach, but will also bring you to Skull Island Mini Golf and Sports World along with many other local restaurants, coffee shops, candy stores, and more. In the home you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed on the first floor, the master bedroom with a king size bed on the second floor, and the third bedroom with a twin size bed and a crib (if you need it). The living room couch pulls out to a queen bed for guests.

Amenities include, internet, TV, fire pit, outdoor shower, central air, hair dryer, umbrella, linens, towels, grill w/propane, a full kitten with dishwasher, pack n play, strollers, air mattresses, yard games, and more.

Local attractions include the Pirate Museum, Skull Island Mini Golf and Sports World, Smugglers Beach, Parkers River Beach with a playground for the kids!, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Grey's Beach Boardwalk (for the most beautiful sunsets), kayaking and paddle boarding in the Bass River, and so much more.     Cape cod

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Shelly was great to work with and made sure our arrival was seamless and the whole stay was comfortable. We had a few questions and she almost immediately answered via text which was really helpful. We stayed the weekend of the St. Patricks day parade so it was pretty busy but it was great to be able to walk to the parade and have a short drive to the local spots for coffee, lunch & dinner. The house was decorated tastefully with coastal decor and was very clean. We have stayed at many rentals over our years visiting the cape and this rental really impressed us with how clean and organized everything was. Our experience was great here and because it is so close to the beach we have already booked a return trip for this summer. show more show less

    Thank you so much for considering a stay at our Cape Cod beach home, Coastal Grove. We are busy parents to 3 young kids. We are local to this area. We work, live, play and raise our children here. We truly love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do! We love spending time with our 3 young girls and dog Lucy. You can usually find us doing after school activities with our kids, at the beach, or just relaxing outside. Although we are a busy family we are always available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Whether its a question about the property, house, or if you just want to know the best place to grab a bite to eat, we are always available- please text us!     What is special about this property?
    We love this home and truly want others to feel welcomed and enjoy everything it has to offer. Our favorite attribute of this home is its spaciousness and location. With 3 bedrooms there is plenty of space for your family but it is also not overwhelmingly large for a quaint getaway. It is also just a short walk, or even shorter drive, to Windmill beach, Smugglers Beach, and Parkers River Beach. Activities are just a short walk or drive away to Route 28. This includes Skull Island Mini Golf and many restaurants right at the end of the street. Yarmouth is also centrally located if you are wanting to drive to a further destination in Falmouth, Truro, or Provincetown.
