There is also a playground and a basketball court for extra activities.

We are located only 1.8 miles to Bass River Beach and 2.7 miles to West Dennis Beach, making Cape summer beach days easy and convenient! Great location for access to all corners of the Cape!     This cottage was perfect for my family of 4. It was exactly as described. Beautiful and peaceful location. Ciera was a very responsive and helpful host before and during our stay. She gave us great recommendations and checked on us during our stay. It is a short drive to Hyannis Main Street where most of the restaurants are located. Our stay was just perfect and I would love to come back again. You can't go wrong if you choose to stay here.

    Pitch perfect Cape Cod cottage! Equal parts charming and cozy. Ciera's Wee Cottage is well thought out and thoughtfully appointed. Our family of five including two teens thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's clean, relaxing and near our favorite beaches. Ciera a wonderful hostess—friendly and so responsive. She makes you feel right at home. We're excited to come again!

    The 'Wee Little Cottage' was a perfect home for our family of 5 + a friend. A great location near all the local restaurants and ice cream shops but tucked away from the main road so you really feel like you're on vacation.
    We were greeted with a beverage in the fridge that was a welcome reward for making the drive, and Ciera was a Super Host from the moment we booked the home.

    Location was great. Amazing pond nearby with a gazebo to relax at. Quiet, walkable neighborhood where many neighbors are friendly. The house went above and beyond my expectations. Very new and nice amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

    My name is Ciera and I have a passion for giving my guests their best stay at our home in South Yarmouth. Past guests have said that I am very responsive, kind and a helpful host. I pride myself on maintaining a quality and standard that I can be proud of. I have a background in hospitality and I believe that shows with the communication and care you will receive while staying at our home.

    What is special about this property?
    Walk into this fresh and clean Cape to an open living and dining room that has been stylishly furnished with comfortable yet classy décor and has two large front windows that provide an abundance of natural light and fresh air. A large kitchen with all the amenities and a breakfast nook is located off the main room. A brand new gas stove was just installed. Three bedrooms are also located off the main room each with its own charm. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a half bath. Two additional bedrooms are located off the rear of the main room, one with a queen size bed and one with a full and a twin. The full bathroom is located in the center of the house and provides a bath and shower combo. A brand new front deck with Adirondack chairs provides the perfect place to sit and sip your favorite beverage while taking in the partial pond view and tranquil surroundings of the front yard. Off the kitchen is a back deck that provides you with a BBQ grill, table and chairs for the perfect after beach, grill & chill setting. Enjoy the large back yard right off the back deck with yard games.
