Our lovely 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from Colonial Acres Beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, and enjoy stunning views of the Cape Cod coastline. Our small seaside neighborhood is perfect for biking and walking. Island ferries are within biking distance and restaurants and family attractions are nearby. It's the perfect base for exploring all that the Cape has to offer.

We have a gas grill on our back deck, perfect for BBQ memories in the making. Brand new mattresses, linens provided, and beach chairs in the garage! Our well-stocked kitchen and pantry will make cooking a breeze, and so many local restaurants are conveniently located nearby.

High speed internet and a smart TV are provided.

    As life-long Cape goers, we were thrilled to purchase our cottage in West Yarmouth in 2022. We've made some of our best family memories on the Cape, and we hope that our home can provide that same experience for other families.
