This property really has all you would be looking for in a Cape Cod vacation home. It has an amazing Gazebo to relax on hot summer nights, an outdoor patio with gas grille, outdoor furniture, a relaxing pergola area and a short walk to the beach.

Updates include all brand new appliances, new kitchen, tile, painted, beautiful grounds.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Just a short walk to the Skipper, one of my favorite restaurants on Cape Cod. Walk to 3 beaches, a short ride to downtown Hyannis, and the Ferries to the Vineyard, and much more.

Friday, check in during the summer months June to Sept. There is a 7 day min rental during peak summer months. Book any days or length of stay (3 day min) on off peak season May, Sept, Oct.

There is a pet fee of $150 per pet only one pet allowed

There is one security camera on premise, that only views the parking area for security.

    Me and My wife are 25 year homeowners in the Yarmouth area we have 3 kids that grew up enjoying Cape Cod. We love Cape Cod and have been coming here for over 35 years now. We just purchased this home and renovated it for a rental. We love this area, in the heart of Yarmouth, walk to beach only 3/10 mile, and the closeness to Downtown Hyannis, Restaurants, and night life. Great location for kids as there is mini golf, ice cream, playground and many other things within walking distance of this home. This home has it all, come see our cottage and see why we bought in this neighborhood you won't be disappointed.
