It has everything you need for a couples getaway or small family vacation - it offers privacy when you need it and is steps from the beach, hiking trails, and kayak launches on Lewis Bay. You can also walk or bike to the nearby ice cream stands, harbor restaurants, artist shacks, harbor cruises, and mini golf destinations or take a short drive to the trampoline park, bumper boats, melody tent, Main Street Hyannis, Hyannis Marina, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, and all the great Route 28 attractions in Hyannis, Yarmouth and Dennis. It’s the perfect home base for your Cape Cod adventure!

This fully remodeled 1950's cottage has one bedroom with a king bed and smart tv for the adults and a separate open floor-plan main room with a queen sleeper sofa, an eat-in kitchen that seats 6, and a unique ''crow's nest'' twin bed sleeping loft for teens that overlooks the sitting area. There are mini-split heat/air conditioning units in each room to keep you cool or warm.

Board games, yard games, tandem kayak, life jackets, grill, firepit, dishes and cleaning supplies provided. You must provide your own linens.

    We're a local family who spends our spare weeks at the cottage and rents in the off weeks. We care deeply about our guests and want you to have an amazing time. We're new to renting our vacation home, so please let us know if you need anything or anything can be improved!

    What is special about this property?
    This refurbished studio cottage with a separate bedroom was built last century in one of the Cape's original vacation neighborhoods. Families from all over would take the train to "Hyannis Park" in Yarmouth to enjoy the beaches, hike the trails, and enjoy the salty air. Most of the neighboring properties have been converted into multi-million dollar homes and this is one of the last surviving cozy cottages in the area. Just steps to the sea, and a short drive to all local attractions and transportation hubs, you won't find a better launch pad for all the Cape has to offer.

    What is special about your town?
    Yarmouth is located in the middle of the Cape and serves as the perfect starting point to all the Cape's activities. Our property is within walking distance to Hyannis harbor for sunset cruises, shopping, fishing charters, and top notch dining. Yarmouth also has great beaches, hiking paths, golf courses, boardwalks, tennis courts, sports fields, restaurants, souvenir shops, antiques, and much, much more! You'll love this little slice of heaven.
