You’ll enjoy the privacy afforded by this home’s 1.5+ acre waterfront setting. Yet, you are close to everything you could want or need. Beach time? Drive 10-12 minutes and break out the sunblock for Gray’s or Corporation Beach to the north or West Dennis Beach to the south. Good to know: The Yarmouth Stop & Shop is only seven minutes away.

This property was designed with Cape Cod outdoor living in mind. A large deck overlooks the new in-ground, heated saltwater pool with adjoining spa. The open concept common space includes two living room/lounge areas, an appealing dining area and, of course, a superb chef’s kitchen, featuring a six-burner Thermador® cooktop, double ovens, dual refrigerators, quartz countertops, a beverage center and a Keurig coffee maker. There’s also a large island, where you’ll find two dishwashers.

This property has central air conditioning, hi-speed Wi-Fi and cable with smart TVs throughout, plus a SONOS sound system.

The home has six bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The main level master suite features a king size bed, an oversized walk-in California Closet and a full master bath with an oversized custom shower and soaking tub. This suite also includes a twin bed with trundle. There is also a desk space set up in case work calls. Upstairs you’ll find a second master suite with another king bed and full bath en suite. Two more upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed each. Another bedroom on the upper level has a queen. Then there’s the bunk room with two sets of bunks plus two twin beds -- a great place for the kids and cousins. Lots of sleeping options to suit almost any group!
