AMAZING place!!! It was the best vacation home on the cape I have ever stayed! We have a family of 10 and everyone has a comfortable stay. Genevieve is extremely helpful with detailed check in instructions and local recommendations. The house is super clean. It has everything you can think of: kids toys, beach towels, balls, beach chairs etc. the outdoor yard is very big for kids to run around. We will definitely come back again.

My friends and I absolutely love the house. It was spacious, cozy, and delightfully decorated. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked. The bathrooms are clean and airy, and come with different toiletries and fresh towels. The patio, backyard, gas grill, and fire pit are wonderful for family. The house also comes with paddleboards and a few bicycles, which is a great way to explore the area. Genevieve is also a great host - she responded quickly to my queries, and she also proactively checked in with us to make sure everything was good for our stay. I definitely recommend it to anyone who's visiting the Cape Cod area.

A great place to get away and relax. A very spacious house with a great yard to play games in. We had a fun relaxing golf weekend. This house was perfect for that, lots of fun watching The Masters. I would recommend staying again!!

Genevieve was a great host, she was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was spectacular with lots of space for a large group. I'd stay at the property again in a heartbeat.

We made a last minute plan and found Genevieve's house to be perfect for everything we were looking for. I have stayed in many airbnbs but her place was exceptional. She was very hands on communicating with us. My favorite part was honestly how well made the beds were...better than very high end hotels! So classy! Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd time back to this lovely home. We always bring the same crew down here because everyone loves the vibe here. Its hard not to have a great time at this house we always have great conversations, dancing, and music to enjoy our time here. The home has an amazing aesthetic and its the per place if you are look to get away and relax. The location is great if you're looking to take a short drive to Main street or to a couple restaurants and bars. 10/10 recommend.

Genevieve's home was more than what we expected. It was absolutely gorgeous and super clean! We had a group of 11, including 4 children and had plenty of room to enjoy lots of family time fun. Everyone even had their own place to sleep!
The location was in a quaint and nice neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to the beach!
This home is definitely worth going back to stay!

The house was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated. Squeaky clean. I spent 3 days on the cape with my parents exploring from p-town to Falmouth it was a perfect location to do everything we wanted to do. Excellent communication with the host. This was off season so easy to get around. Easy to walk into restaurants with no reservations (not everything is open/ but there was enough). There is a great bagel shop near the house for quick bfast . There are local restaurants open within a mile of the house also. Great trip had by all. Thank you for sharing your home.

This location was perfect and really suited our needs. We were a group of 12, which included my brother and his family, my sister and her family, my family and my parents. We were visiting relatives on the Cape in Orleans, and this was the perfect spot for us. We felt that the house was spacious, well appointed and clean.
There were plenty of linens and towels as well as shampoo, cotton balls, Q-tips, that were a nice touch. It's about 10 minutes. Walking to a cute little beach and it's a great spot for jumping off to other spots on the Cape. Genevieve was super helpful and responsive. She even reached out and let us know that early check-in was available, which was super helpful because we were worried about the weather at the beach. Turned out it was a beautiful beach day, but we appreciated her being proactive and reaching out to us and letting us know that early check-in was available.

We loved our stay in Cape Cod. Genevieve's was tucked away and so quiet/refreshing, a nice little walk to the beach. The kids all loved swimming and catching hermit crabs off the jetty. Nice central location for day trips to Ptown and MV. Can't wait to visit again!

Absolute five star accommodations, five star host, five star location! I do a lot of traveling, and I have to tell you this has been such an extremely pleasurable trip for us. The house was impeccably, clean, and well organized. The host couldn't have been nicer. The grounds were perfectly manicured everything about it was A plus.

Genevieve's house was big, beautiful, modern, aesthetically decorated, and had all the essentials you could possibly need during your stay. The beds, couches, and furniture were all comfortable and made for a good place to sleep. The yard was spacious to spend time outside as well. The amount of fridges was great to store all of the food and drinks for the week as well. The place could not have been better! Would definitely recommend and return!

Genevieve's home was absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home , had everything we needed , Very clean. Location was perfect . Genevieve responded quickly . If I could give a 10 star I would . Would definitely rent from Genevieve again ! My cousins, sisters and I had an amazing time for our girls weekend .
