Wonderful stay at Lynn @ Keith's Cape house! The house is beautiful, clean & fully stocked with everything you want/need. The backyard and back patio are beautiful as well. The location is excellent (walking distance to the beach) & close to restaurants/grocery shopping. Lynn & Keith are very friendly and very responsive hosts. HIGHLY recommend this house & we would love to come back!

Delightful week
We had a wonderful week at this property. Perfect location to all we wanted but so peaceful and quiet. It's a great neighborhood as we have rented on this street in the past. The house was so well appointed in tasteful coastal color schemes and the hosts left nothing uncovered as far as necessities. We look forward to renting again next year from this same house !

This cape was beautiful and the owners thought of every possible need their guests would have during their stay. We loved the house and especially the backyard. We felt very comfortable and loved the location. It was close to the beach, stop and shop and cvs. There were some great restaurants right by the house as well! They even left a small gift for my toddler which was a thoughtful touch! Fully recommend.

Owners thought of everything!
The house is fantastic! Clean and well maintained. The yard is impeccable (and provided for daily sprinkler excitement for my 3 year old). The little touches really make this rental special. Lynn and Keith go out of their way to make the house a home for the week. The beds are all comfortable and the central air makes for a cool sanctuary after the beach.

Summer Ayer Too felt like home for the week. They had all of the home amenities that we needed. Great central location. Super clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about this home! It was beautifully appointed and very clean. Lovely quiet neighbourhood walkable to many amenities. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and generous. We enjoyed the home immensely and it was such a perfect spot to return to after our daily excursions. The yard was large and private. The home had everything you could think of and more! We hope to return to the Cape in the future and stay here again. Thank you so much Lynn & Keith!

This house is fabulous! The decor is beautiful, spotless and in pristine condition. Overall the house is fully equipped with anything you may need and the kitchen has new appliances (and a kitchen aid!). The backyard is a great space to relax and adds to the overall experience with a large patio, grill, fire pit, etc. Lynn and Keith are extraordinary hosts who have not only thought of many extra little touches for their guests, but are also extremely responsive. The location is fantastic; close to the beach, restaurants, liquor store, supermarket and more, as well as a central Cape Cod location to explore other parts of the island. This easily one of the Top 3 Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The cottage was out of a decor magazine, fully equipped and very practical for our stay close to the beach and Cape Cod amenities and shops. Keith and Lynn had fully prepared everything you can imagine. 10/10 in every aspect you can imagine. Will certainly come back.
