The primary bedroom is located on the first floor in the back of the house with views of the backyard. This bedroom has a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a television. Three additional bedrooms are located on the second floor as well as the second full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed, Bedroom #3 has a king bed with television and Bedroom #4 has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. All bedrooms have plenty of closets and storage space for everything you've packed!

Kick back in the living room on the comfy couch large enough to accommodate your whole family and enjoy making dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, and everything you need to whip up an amazing meal at the end of the day! Or you can curl up in the quiet sitting room with your favorite novel. The first floor also has a separate dining room that comfortably seats 8 (with a leaf to expand it further), a half bathroom and the laundry room.

The patio has plenty of room to hang out, and there's a new Weber 3 burner gas grill for your iconic summer Cape BBQ. And, once you're home from the beach, wash off in the large outdoor shower before enjoying some lawn games like Spike Ball, corn hole and croquet! We supply linens, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart to bring along what you need for a day of fun.

This historic Cape home is 500 yards to Dennis Pond with its lifeguarded beach and only 2/10 mile to all the great restaurants and stores Yarmouth Port Village has to offer. Great eats nearby include the Old Yarmouth Inn, Inaho, Jack’s Outback, Hallet's Ice Cream Parlor and the Lighthouse Keeper's Pantry. Less than a mile from the home you can walk 100 acres of woodland marked nature trails, find your next novel at the landmark Parnassus Book Store, and visit the Edward Gorey House & Museum or the Captain Bangs Hallet Museum for some local history or Simply Vintage for some shopping. A bit further down the road, you will find Just Picked, a super cute local gift shop, and Dunn & Sons wine shop.

Heading to the ocean? Grey’s Beach & Boardwalk is a short 5 minute drive from the house and is a nature lover’s paradise. Walk to the end of the boardwalk which juts into Cape Cod Bay to catch spectacular sunsets! The famous Mayflower Beach in Dennis is only a quick 10 minute drive.

In addition, Yarmouth Port is the perfect base for wonderful Cape Cod adventures! Drive 10 minutes to explore Dennis Village or 12 minutes to the Hyannis Terminal to hop a ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, not to mention all the great shops and restaurants that Hyannis has to offer!
