The ''Seashell'' bedroom comes with a queen size bed and plenty of room for your clothes. Bathroom with full tub/shower close by.

The second bedroom ''The Captain's Room'' is equipped with a queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds with trundle for the kids. Private ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.

Bonus: ''Treehouse'' with TV and sofa is steps away. Used to be an actual treehouse until we took it down from the tree and had it placed at the end of the driveway for an extra area for the kids to hang out or have a slumber party in. Large backyard is fenced in. Relax, nap or read a book in the 2 person hammock. When night comes along, enjoy some Smores in the fire pit area.

Thatcher Town Beach is minutes away by car or take the 10 minute stroll to enjoy this quiet neighborhood. Seaview Beach, Parkers River Beach, South Middle Beach and Bass River Beach are all nearby. After the beach come home to a nice hot outdoor shower.

Wydah Pirate Museum and Pirate's Cove mini golf is a 5 minute walk from the house. Skull Island mini golf, go karts, driving range and arcade game room are located nearby.

Captain Parker's Pub, DC Porcelli's Pizzeria, and Lobster Boat on Parker's River are all within walking distance. Nearby eateries a short drive away are: Gerardi's Cafe, Dairy Queen, Papa Gino's and for some fresh bread and pastries, Scapicchio's Bakery.

Stop N Shop and CVS are just 1 mile away. Hyannis and the Island Ferries just 4 miles away. Barnstable Airport and the Hyannis Mall are 5 miles away. More restaurants and shopping in this area as well. Too many to list.

Our house is located on a private road so the only traffic you'll see are the people who live here. Neighbors are all super friendly. We've provided everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We love it here and we know you will too.
