Beautiful, oversized 4 bedroom, 2 full baths, large dining and family room ranch located in a quaint Colonial Acres neighborhood walking distance to Colonial Acres Beach overlooking spectacular Lewis Bay. The master bedroom and full bath has its own deck to enjoy morning breakfast that steps onto a slate deck with gas fire pit and gas grill.

Enjoy your vacation on the beach watching the Hyannis Ferry pass to and from the Islands.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood great for walking and bicycling. We are 10 minutes from Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Ferry. We are 5 minutes to the Cape Cod Infaltable Park for both children and adults to enjoy the lazy river and swim up bar. Choose from restaurants that are known for their Italian & Peruvian cuisine, Mexican Bistro's, pizza and Pub style food.

Not shown in pictures is a deck with furnished wicker table and chairs located off the master bedroom with gas firepit and outdoor shower.

    My name is Sue Jamieson, my husband Adam and I are renting our home this summer as we are planning travel off cape. We bought the house in 2006 did a complete renovation and have enjoyed our home with our three children and two grandchildren. We have been visiting the cape since we were teenagers and love it here!

    What is special about this property?
    The neighborhood is amazing best for walking and riding bikes. We are .3 miles to the beach and 10 minutes to Hyannis. There is a beautiful cranberry bog at the end of Standish Way and the restaurants are great.

    We have a private deck off the balcony that is great for morning coffee and later in the evening a gas firepit that sits on a slate deck.

    What is special about your town?
    The town has three golf course, a water park for both kids and adults. The parks are great for kids and there are a few ponds in the area that we have enjoyed an occasional picnic.

    The melody tent has great concerts and comedy shows and is only 10 minutes from our home.
