*2 Minute Walk To Both Englewood & Springer Lane Beach! Lovely home just a short walk to two different beaches, a short drive to shops, restaurants, and everything Yarmouth has to offer. This rental offers 4 AC units, hardwood floors throughout, 4 beach chairs, and 2 smart TV's. Upon entering the home, the large open fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and everything you need for your stay. Through the kitchen is the dining area that seats up to 8 people. The slider is off the dining area that leads out to a beautifully landscaped yard with flowers blooming around you. Gas grill and fire pit area and seating for up to 10 people . A living room with Smart TV, and sitting area with piano located on opposite side of the kitchen. Full bathroom is located on main level, along with bedroom 1 with a Full size bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size sleep sofa and smart TV. On the second level you will find the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, and the primary bedroom has a King size bed.
