You will love this Cod style home in a sought after family neighborhood. House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely, bright outdoor shower. One bedroom and one full bath (with tub and shower) are located on the first floor and two bedrooms and one full bath (with shower) are located on the second floor. Sleeps seven to eight comfortably with three queen beds and two twins. Professionally cleaned house and linens. Air conditioned by mini -splits.

If it's the beach you're after you are only a short walk to beautiful, family friendly Colonial Acres Beach on Lewis Bay. Home has a large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play, a screened-in porch with large table (seating for 6-8) perfect for meals and game playing, as well as a sunny deck. Kitchen includes dishwasher, in-door water and ice refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We are currently finishing an addition that will expand the indoor living space making room for a dining table big enough for six as well as expanding one of the upstairs bedrooms into a family suite.

Location is outstanding! It is two miles from Hyannis for restaurants and shops and centrally located if you are looking to explore the Cape in any direction. Nearby attractions include the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike and walking path, multiple mini-golf parks, Cape Cod Inflatable Waterpark and island ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.     Cape Getaway
    Our family had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for a family of 4. We were also close to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. The details like beach gear, kitchen essentials and comfortable accents really made a difference. Loved also being in walking distance to a small beach. So peaceful!! Thanks again!!

    Great family time On Cape Cod
    We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home! The house was just as pictured in the listing. Very nice cottage , and it was well stocked with supplies . Beds very comfortable. We also appreciated the items in the welcome basket. Close to Hyannis harbor ,and many restaurants.

    We loved our stay and would return. The house was clean and very welcoming. We had relaxing mornings and evenings on the screened-in porch. The house has character and maintains history, while also having the convenience and amenities of upgraded kitchen and baths. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions prior to our trip. It's a convenient location to other destinations on the Cape, and also short walk to small beach nearby. Great experience overall.

    This was the nicest VRBO house we've ever stayed in! Everything was great. The photos and description did not disappoint. The house was spotless clean and beautifully renovated but still retained the charm of a classic New England Cape Cod. We loved the screened in porch, private back yard and large outdoor shower. The property owner, Cindy, gave us great restaurant recommendations (we loved Gerardi's and Tugboats as well as Scargo Cafe, Downtown Bistro and Tumi), promptly replied to my questions and even allowed us to check in prior to our 4pm check in time when we arrived on Cape Cod earlier than we expected to. All the beach gear we needed was there and it was a quick walk to the lovely beach where the breeze was delightful! We had a great vacation and only wished we could have stayed longer!

    Lovely and comfortable vacation home
    We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A warm, personal touch was the Welcome Basket waiting for us upon our arrival. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee and meals on the screened-in porch, which offered cool breezes on some of the warmer days! Having just a five-minute walk to the beach using the wagon with beach chairs provided by the owners was terrific! Cindy is very responsive to questions. We look forward to staying here again!

    My husband and I bought our home on the Cape about ten years ago. We love the Cape and both have great memories of going to the ocean growing up. Over the ten years that we have owned it we have continued to make improvements to the property. In the last five years we have gutted and remodeled the kitchen, added the bathroom upstairs, added the screened in porch, replaced the roof and more! We take pride in the property and we hope it shows when you come to visit. We are currently adding on to the house which will give more living space as well as expand one of the upstairs bedrooms into more of a family suite.

    We have three wonderful boys, two special daughter in laws and two granddaughters who are our pride and joy. We have enjoyed sharing the home with them and our friends over the years and we still get excited to know that all of you who come to vacation are making lasting memories as well.
