Loved this beach house, located on a quiet road, but close to everything. The beach decor was perfect! Loved all the windows, blinds for privacy or sunlight. Loved the tranquil solar lights on deck off of master bedroom. Thank you for the full length mirror! Great water pressure. Nice large screened in back deck with plenty of seating. We had a very comfortable stay. Very lovely pace! Thank you!

This is a must rent home. Everything was perfect. Very roomy and the back screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening game nights with friends and family. Our pup loved the freedom to run around in the fenced in yard. The fire pit adds the perfect touch too.

Russell was an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. We have been coming down to the cape for many years and this by far has been the best yet. We will be back!

What a perfect vacation home! We loved everything! The home was clean, roomy, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We loved spending time watching movies in the spacious living area and playing cards on the back screened in porch. Our pup loved the freedom to run around in the fenced in yard.

Russell was an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and provided many helpful tips for our stay. We have rented many vacation homes in the past and this was, by far, one of the best.

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower, fire pit and the spacious screened in porch! Russ was very responsive and had a wonderful guest book with local activities. It was a short drive to the beach snd walking distance to local restaurants. We would definitely return in the future.

Stayed the week of July 17 and had a great time. We have stayed at the Cape many times and this was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in this home. All furniture downstairs as well as appliances in the kitchen are new! Even the light filtering shades throughout the house are new!

Our dog loved the big fenced in yard with plenty of shade.

Communication with the owner was top notch. He even texted me on our arrival date to let us know the house was ready if we wanted to check in early!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed here, obviously came back because we loved it so much. It's close to beaches and walking distance to many stores. The house is very comfortable, clean and plenty of room. Love the central air and Russell is very attentive to any little problem that might come along.

We had a fantastic time here! We stayed for a week this past June and everything was great. My 1.5 year old son and dog loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the screened in porch and outdoor shower. The downstairs of the house is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked.

Communication with Russ was easy and thorough and he made sure we were well-equipped before our arrival. Location is great as we were only a few minutes away from Yarmouth beaches. Check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed here from November to May while working remotely. From our first interaction, Russell was so helpful in setting up this winter rental!

This was a lovely space to set up our office and workspaces, have room to stretch out, and enjoy the beautiful Cape - even in the winter! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a quick drive or nice walk to Seagull Beach!

The backyard is HUGE and was a fun place to hang out on the warmer fall and winter nights. It was beautiful when it snowed! Everything in the home was well maintained, clean, and updated. We had a few issues with the heat - which in the brisk winters on the Cape shouldn't be surprising - but Russell was always incredibly quick to respond and provide assistance. He has a great group of service providers that were always able to help with anything within an hour or two.

Overall, you can't go wrong with this house! Russell is an awesome owner!

We stayed at Russ's property for two months in the fall. It was extremely well maintained and our dog loved being able to play in the fully fenced backyard. It was a very quick drive to the nearest beaches and very close to a lot of local restaurants and shops although we unfortunately did not do much dining due to Covid.

We worked from home while there and WiFi and cable both worked excellent, the living room was extremely comfortable, and kitchen had more than everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals. We also loved the upper deck area for star gazing at night. Lastly, the location is a great hoping off point mid-cape to be able to explore all the other cool towns the Cape has to offer which we took full advantage of. If we are ever back in Yarmouth we would definitely rebook.

This was an amazing Cape rental. It was spotless and the outside shower after 4 adults showered still had HOT water! The air-conditioning, the washer & dryer and the backyard screened-in porch made this the perfect rental. It was walking distance to the ice-cream shack and the neighborhood was safe for walking/running. It was just seconds away from Seagull beach. We had a great vacation and look forward to returning!!!

The owner was pleasant to deal with. Good communication, responsive, helpful, and open to feedback. It was a warmer week so AC was nice to have. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard and was able to run around while we enjoyed the weather in the screened in back porch. Entire family agreed that we would happily stay here again. Location is a great spot to use as a base station for your Cape Cod adventures.

Our family was very pleased with this lovely home that was well maintained inside and out. Our friends commented also on what a great find this house was. The house was spacious enough for 6 people to stay comfortably. It was nicely furnished and decorated with a relaxing, nautical theme. The screened in porch and big fenced yard with a grill and firepit, was enjoyed by all. No need to board your dog, Russ will allow you to bring him too. This home is close to everything. A great vacation get away.

This is a beautiful clean home, loved the screened in porch and upstairs porch off master bedroom. Great nights at the fire pit and close to everything you'd need. Russell was quick to respond to any questions I had, would love to stay again next year.

We loved being close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches when we rented this house in August. Two grocery stores are conveniently located within a few minutes drive of the house. The screened in porch and fenced yard were awesome for our family of four including our non shedding little white dog. We found the house relaxing and enjoyed playing cards and a supplied board game in the evenings. It was fun to see wild turkeys wandering around the neighborhood, and the area is great for walks. The house has very comfortable updated furniture, strong WiFi, great air conditioning, and there is enough room for a family with two teens to spread out. The homeowner Russ responds promptly to questions via email and texts. Thanks again for a great week!

This has been our fifth straight year at the Cape and this was by far one of our best trips yet. The house was very clean and everyone had their own space. We especially loved the screened in porch and fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our dog! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

This was the second year that we decided to rent this lovely home on the Cape. In fact, we all commented that we felt like it was beginning to feel like our second home. You know it has to be an excellent rental property, if we decided to come back for a repeat performance. This home just has a warm and cozy feeling as soon as you enter the front door. As expected, it did not disappoint. It was very clean, and had every amenity that we could ask for to ensure a wonderful stay: a screened in porch, central air conditioning, dish washer, fenced in yard for our dog and an upstairs deck. This home is also located near many local attractions, restaurants and several beaches. The owner is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to your needs. You can't go wrong renting this home.

We rented this home for several weeks in the off season. It was a great location, super convenient to Hyannis and everything along Rt. 28, very close to Seagull Beach, and a great neighborhood to walk in every morning. The home itself if very well maintained, with newer (comfortable!) furniture and even a fully fenced yard for your dog! Plenty of space in the kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area and generous sized master bedroom with a much appreciated sun porch! The owner, Russ, was super pleasant to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. You will definitely not be disappointed with this adorable home.

Close to just about everything a family on a Cape Cod vacation needs: from beaches to the Inflatable Park, from ice cream to mini-golf & arcades. House is decorated throughout in a beach theme which only adds to your sense of being 'on vacation'! Fenced in backyard, outdoor shower & screened in porch were the perfect touch for the end of every day to relax & unwind.

The house was very clean and orderly, decorated in a way that made you feel right at the beach, and it was comfortable enough where we felt right at home. Russ was always accommodating towards us and responded to any messages immediately. The house was centrally located in Yarmouth close to multiple beaches, restaurants and mini golf courses. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thinking of renting the same house next summer.

Great time had by all (including my Yorkie). A very comfortable and clean home with all the amenities we could ask for. We really appreciated the central air conditioning, new/comfortable furnishings and screened in porch. My dog also enjoyed the fenced in back yard. This home is in a wonderful location (close to several beaches, mini golf, great restaurants and other tourist attractions). Home owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely stay here again when vacationing on the Cape.

We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. This home is VERY clean and well stocked. I don’t think we needed anything to prepare food, etc., and we were thrilled to have beach chairs and boogie boards available for the beach. Sea Gull Beach is a short drive and was very nice and easy to find. Russ was a delight to work with and we truly felt right at home. The TV’s came in very handy in the evenings and the screened in porch was a wonderful place to eat breakfast or play cards at night.

House was great! Well stocked and owner was very friendly and very accommodating.

Home was very clean, spacious and comfortable! Great location as it's close to beaches and shops and not a long drive to Hyannis. Mid-week I informed Russ that the grill lid was broken and he had a handyman there the same day delivering a brand new grill. Russ was extremely responsive and very easy to work with on all counts! We loved the screened porch, and the outside shower was very handy after a lovely day at Seagull Beach!

A great house to rent! The house was perfect with a cute nautical theme throughout. It was clean and up to date with appliances! A perfect screened in porch with plenty of seating. The location was great, close to everything but still tucked away from the Main Street. Enough room for everyone and plenty of space if you needed some quiet time! Russ and his wife were professional and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our week long trip with our families - we fit 3 couples and a baby quite comfortably. The house is clean, updated and well-equipped. A great location, the house is steps away from the main street with shops and restaurants, and a short drive to Seagull Beach. To walk takes about 35 minutes but it was doable and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were brand new and so helpful, and the porch and backyard were great for grilling and hanging out. Would recommend and would stay here again!

The best vacation rental we've enjoyed this summer so far. The house was clean, well furnished, and ideally located in Yarmouth. We could walk to the beach and to local activities, the inflatable park, ice cream parlor and gift shops.

The home was very clean and neat on check-in day. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week and the bedrooms were comfortable. The house was great and is in a great location with respect to restaurants, activities and beaches. Overall the rental was well equipped and very clean.

We had an amazing vacation. With kids, the washer and dryer were fabulous to have. Everything we needed was available and we appreciated the beach chairs so we didn't have to pack ours. The kids loved using the boogie boards. Also having towels to use eased our packing situation.

The location is ideal because it provided the family with easy access to the local beaches as well as shops and restaurants. The homeowner was most accommodating and provided information which helped to facilitate our vacation plans. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived! Very well decorated and nice appointments throughout. Clean and comfortable with room to spare for this family of 4. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the screeened in porch area after a day at the beach. Close to the main strip and beach for easy access to all surrounding Yarmouth activities. "Just got back from another wonderful Cape vacation and each year it is more difficult to leave. We loved this house, how clean it was when we arrived and how easy to keep clean, too. We are tv hounds and every room is well- equipped with music and television. Plenty of towels and thoughtful touches that made everyday living very easy. Great access to everything we love about the Cape. Easy for us to walk places, too. We really only used the car for trips to the grocery and shopping in other cities. We had a lovely week at this cottage, which seemed to us to be all that a Cape Cod cottage should be. Our teenage children felt very comfortable here and our son really liked the downstairs den/bedroom. The upstairs deck was a real suntrap! The cottage was very well equipped and it was within reasonable distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet neighbourhood. It was well placed for exploring Cape Cod.
