Ozzie's Summer Rental-Heated Saltwater Pool Shack offers an & outdoor TV and a heated saltwater pool.
This three-bedroom, two-bath, single family home is located across the street from Peter Homer Park, Longfellow's Pub, The Cape Cod Rail Trail & the Bayberry Golf Course. This home offers a private in-ground saltwater swimming pool. Other amenities include a fire pit, an outdoor deck heater, an outdoor H.D. television. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, deck, gas grill, X-finity cable television, wireless high speed internet access, outdoor stereo speakers; the pool is included as part of the private Single-Family Residence, as opposed to a shared community pool.

Entry at Ozzie's Summer Rental-The Pool Shack is keyless.
We use a Wyze keyless entry system.

Things you may want to bring to Ozzie's Summer Rental/The Pool Shack
Toiletries & Kitchen Items:
Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, sunblock toothpaste etc. Paper plates, plastic knives, forks, spoons, tin foil, paper towels etc.

What We Provide
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• We provide linens for each bed and the futon in the basement, the pull-out full-size couch in the basement and the full-size sleeper couch in the living room.
• One bath towel + faces cloth for each single bed
• Two bath towels + face clothes for the Queen on the first-floor bedroom, and the queen bed in the master bedroom.
• Bathmats for each bathroom, kitchen towels and beach towels for use at the pool; this equals linens for up to 6 people and a few extra linens in case a welcome family member or guest wants to visit you and stay over.
The Kitchen
• We provide standard kitchen items such as: a gas stove & oven, refrigerator & freezer, a drip coffee maker, toaster & toaster oven, pots & pans, cooking utensils, potholder’s etc. plastic cups, glasses & plates for use on the deck and regular plates & glassware for indoor events.
The Back Yard:
• A gas grill, a gas deck heater and two Blue Rhino gas tanks. Though I can’t guarantee that the tanks will have gas in them, tanks will be provided. There are multiple sites where the tanks can be swapped; the bottle redemption center across the street, select Stop & Shop grocery stores and Ocean State Job Lots.
• Wood for the firepit; the wood is located behind the pool shed, by the pool heater.
The Pool
• The pool is saltwater and is automatically heated while the pool filter is running; 8:00am – 8:00pm.
When you arrive at the pool shack, you may find that a previous guest left items such as paper towels, foil, plastic sandwich bags, etc. If so, please feel free to use them. You are not obligated to replace kitchen items & the toiletries you use. However, we ask guests to think about how convenient it was for you to find those items when you arrived. Please feel free to return the favor by replacing the items you used, so the next guest won’t have to go to the store to purchase them upon arrival; but recognize that you are not obligated to do so.

Weekly Rentals Fees
We only charge our rental fee, the Massachusetts short term rental fee and a security deposit for weekly rentals; cleaning is free. There is a is $50.00 per night cleaning fee and a $100.00 per visit waiver damage fee for stays of less than 7 days.
