A mere 2/10 mile to lovely Haigis Beach from the delightfully decorated & comfortable 2 bedroom cottage! The complex in season is abundant with beautiful blooms & you can walk to all the favorite spots ... from the beaches to the restaurants & ice cream! AC (minisplit) in unit for comfort plus plenty of seating on front deck (table w/chairs, rocker, love seat). There is a queen in one room & 2 twins in other. Beautifully decorated & the owner even provides 2 bicycles for your use (bring helmets please). There's also an outdoor shower & small patio out back (not pictured) with shed or use the common area picnic table when not on your own private deck. This respected complex of 8 units is one you will return to year after year! Sleeps 4. Additional photos available. Shoulder weeks (beginning & end of prime season) are reduced to $1650/wk & off-season varies from $1400/wk to $1550/wk . WHY pay those crazy Fees you see on other sites?

Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): Rent 5 weeks in-season for $8250. Right now you can choose your weeks but that will change as the calendar fills in! Off season 32+ day stays will be discounted depending on which weeks are requested. Renting 32+ days also means you won't have to pay short term rental tax so the savings keeps getting better.

    Perfect Cape Cod stay

    VERY comfortable place. All updated furniture!!! So clean!!! You can tell owner takes pride with ownership. Easy walk to beach. We have stayed in Dennis Port many times and now have finally found a place we will return to often!!!

    Perfect Getaway

    It was such a lovely stay! The place was very clean and perfect in size. It was very well equipped with everything I needed. I loved how short the walk to the beach was. I had a great vacation for 10 days. I definitely recommend!
