Come relax at this recently updated 3 bedroom Cape cottage located just a 2 minute drive/12 minute walk to the beach!

New owner as of June 2020 has completed significant upgrades to allow for a more modern experience with all the charm of Cape Cod. Renovations include new floors and doors, recessed lighting, outdoor electrical outlets and lighting, adding a dishwasher, new appliances, furniture, and most recently, installing a new lawn/sprinkler system.

Central AC throughout the home to escape from the heat. Conveniently located within a quick drive or 12-15 minute walk to South Village/West Dennis Beaches.

Interior features include large living room with new couches, 50'' LCD TV, Roku. Tasteful decorations make this feel like your true Cape home. Porch located in the back with entrance through a sliding door makes for easy in/out access from the beach and contains washer/dryer to simply throw your beach towels into.

Master bedroom has new memory foam Queen mattress and LCD TV with Chromecast. 2nd bedroom contains 2 new memory foam double beds and a large dresser. 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and additional dresser. This house can easily accommodate 9 people without the use of couches or cots (however an extra twin is available if needed). Closets are located in each bedroom and throughout the house.

The kitchen contains a large dining table, toaster, coffee pot, plenty of cooking tools including lobster/steamer pot and everything you need to entertain. A dishwasher was recently added to make cleanup easy. We love cooking and we encourage you to take advantage of our extensive spice collection!

A new lawn/sprinkler system was installed in Fall 2022. The large back yard has an outdoor shower, a 6-burner Weber grill and outdoor dining table/chairs setup. Also in the back yard is a separate sitting area with Adirondack chairs, wicker furniture set as well as a SoloStove (or a gas table top fire pit if you prefer) for those classic Cape summer nights. The exterior of the property has been updated with electrical outlets and automatic lighting throughout. The shed contains everything you need to enjoy your stay with beach chairs, beach umbrella, games and Tiki Torches for your use.

Located in a quiet neighborhood off the main street with friendly neighbors, the Mid-Cape location could not be more perfect. With a short drive or walk to West Dennis beaches, you can also adventure out on the 15 minute drive to Mayflower Beach or have easy access to the Outer Cape and the Islands. This house is also located a short drive from beautiful Bass River where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and more. You can also find fresh fish and lobsters at Swan River Fish Market just a 2 minute drive away. And lest we forget, nightly trips to Sundae School in Dennis Port are a breeze.

Dogs are allowed, however we ask that you keep them crated when not home and off of furniture :) as all couches are brand new for 2023.
