and twin, A living room with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, central air, wifi and washer/dryer! It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and Keurig Coffee Maker with a spacious eating area.

After a day at the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower, then come and relax in the hammock or enjoy sitting around the firepit on our patio in our private fenced in yard.

This property is located near great restaurants, Three Fins Coffee and the famous Sundae School Ice Cream!, Woolfies, Kayaking, mini golf, Chapin's and shopping are all within a short ride.

Quiet and family oriented neighborhood - great for kids to ride bikes and play outside. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Professionally cleaned. You won't be disappointed, book now!

Great vacation spot

We so enjoyed the month we spent at this vacation home. It was clean and had everything we needed to just relax! Nice quick drive to beautiful west Dennis beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked house had backyard grill, firepit and outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The best

I've been renting from Linda and George for awhile now and I can't say enough about them. They are truly like family since day one. This was my first time at their new home and it's fantastic. 2 miles to beach. Can definitely take a bike there if not too much gear. Close to all amenities that you are looking for in a cape vacation. Go with them and you won't regret it.

Perfect for our family of 4!

What a wonderful stay we had here! The house fit our family of 4 perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped for making big breakfasts. There's a very new and nice bathroom. The back yard was great for playing badminton and sitting outside around the fire pit at night. The neighborhood was ideal for bike rides and walks too.

We really loved this home and the owners too! It was great.

Adorable!!!

Adorable cottage that feels like home located in West Dennis in a very quaint & quiet neighborhood. The cottage is close to everything dining, banking & shopping. Attractively decorated in nautical/ beach decor. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Great summer/fall rental

My family has rented this property for the last four seasons. The house is located in beautiful West Dennis in an extremely quite and safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located near beautiful beaches and close to shopping. We have enjoyed walking to the beach and riding our bikes on the Cape Cod Rail Trail only a short distance away.

The house is very comfortable with three bedrooms and plenty of room. We especially like the cathedral ceiling in the living room and skylights, that let fresh air and beautiful sunlight fill the room. The home decor is lovely with a real beach feel. The backyard is set up with BBQ grill and plenty of seating for summer fun. We definitely plan to rent again this year and hopefully for many years to come. I recommend this rental to families that want a truly wonderful vacation. Carolyn show more show less
