There is a storage shed with ramp for storage of bikes, beach chairs etc.

This wonderful home is centrally located in historic East Dennis just up a slight hill from Route 6A and just 1.35 miles to beautiful Cold Storage Beach, Sesuit Harbor or Corporation Beach. Take a pleasant bike ride to Cold Storage Beach past beautiful historic homes or kayak through the tidal estuaries from Sesuit Harbor, bring your boat and launch at Sesuit Harbor or reserve a slip at the marina. Hike the nearby trails/marshes of the Dennis Conservation Land Trust, swim and fish in the many local ponds, ride or walk the Cape Cod Rail Trail, dine at fantastic local restaurants and enjoy galleries and antique stores all close to this home.
