This 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage just had a total makeover and is sure to let you know that you are on vacation on Cape Cod. The floors are all new with beautiful vinyl planking, new shower and bath, window a/c's, large smart, flat screen TV in the living room, outside shower, gas grill and more.

Plenty of room on the front deck to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal. Just a short distance (less than 500 Ft) to Sea St Beach and all the activities that Dennisport has to offer. Not far from restaurants, ice cream shops and so much more. The Pelham House is 1 street over and located on the beach where you can enjoy a great meal or a cocktail on the beach.

Spring and fall are the best times to come with fabulous weather and quiet beaches. Summer is booked, but call soon for May, June and Sept.
