I was fortunate enough to secure a week at this property in July. The property was meticulously clean and modern while resonating a true Cape Cod atmosphere, complete with clean/private outdoor shower. Location could not be better. The beach is a five minute walk as well as local hot spot restaurants. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards to float down Swan River. West Dennis has always been my favorite Cape vacation spot. While I didn't have to leave the area to go to the beach, a short drive brings you to the bay side - a must to experience the most beautiful sunsets in Massachusetts.

I've rented for years and this property was by far the best rental experience I've had. Linens were provided which was such a great benefit!! Cheonoa was a pleasure to work with, very personable and professional. Management company is also provided for any immediate needs during your stay. My vacation was perfect! Thank you to the host for this wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the house upon arrival, as I don't think the pictures do it justice. It was well decorated, comfortable and felt spacious enough for 6 people. The property had true Cape Cod charm, and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a well priced stay on the Cape. We were a little nervous about 6 people with one bathroom, but because the house also has an outdoor shower (which was beautiful, must use!) we didn't have any problems with this. The outdoor space was wonderful, we used it to eat outside one night. Additionally, the mattresses were very comfy, the house had central air, which was so nice, and the property had lots of little touches such as recommendations on where to go, family games, etc. The location really can't be beat, you're walking distance to a beach, and very close to grocery stores, eating, etc. I haven't seen a better (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication with the host was a little difficult as Evolve uses an outside property manager/cleaner, however, I was still able to get in touch, and we had a wonderful stay. This house is perfect! So central to everything, super cute, clean and inviting. It has everything you would hope for, plenty of space, subtle nods to the cape and beaches with decor, everything fresh and clean. I loved the backyard area and outside shower, we spent most of our time out there. This house is so close to the beaches and all the fun surrounding activities and restaurants. It is truly a 10 in our opinion!
