Well maintained home on private lot, near Corporation beach,(a gem on Cape Cod bay). Elegance mixed with Cape Cod tradition.The first floor has a updated kitchen with a fire place, an exquisite dining room for your dining pleasure, with a door leading to a flagstone patio. On the first floor; there is 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms,(no waiting), a separate laundry room and a small screened porch. Upstairs there is a full bathroom and two large bedrooms and a small study area for extra sleeping with a double bed. The grounds show green grass and an array of plantings, along with a weber grill and lawn furniture for leisure and eating.
