Recently remodelled L-shaped ranch is ideal for family get togethers. Located on a kid safe private circle of residential homes this ranch stays way cooler for sleeping. Two bedrooms and a bathroom in each wing ensures privacy for sleeping. While the living room dining room and kitchen in the center of the home are great for relaxing get togethers. New beds, tile flooring, new kitchen and washing machine. Outside is a secluded patio and backyard, complete with picnic table, loungers, barbeque and outside shower etc. Our closest beach (South Village Road Beach) is the nicest and only 7/10th mile away, it has parking and toilets. Your weekly Dennis parking permit is also valid for north shore beaches and the huge West Dennis beach (1.2 miles away). Conveniently located on the Cape's warmest south shore, West Dennis boasts some of the Cape's finest beaches complete with all facilities. It also has some of the best restaurants and night clubs on the cape. Dennis is also home to the Cape Cod Playhouse and two of the best 18 hole golf courses and of course an arcade for the kids. This house is uniquely located on an oval that used to be the Trotting Park race course. It is ideal for bike rides, or roller blades and is safe for kids. You are also close to the start of the cape cod rail trial which is a great way to explore the cape on foot or with your bicycle. Bike rentals are also avaliable.
