This rental is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the kitchen is well supplied. Perhaps best of all is a great screened-in front porch from which one can comfortably watch/hear the many birds on the property, and catch snippets of the lives of people walking to and from the beach. Very relaxing.

We have rented here for more than 10 years. Perfect short walk to a great beach and plenty of room. Older home, but recently added a/c to bedrooms. Highly recommend for no fuss beach goers, especially those with children who might need to make multiple trips to and from the beach.

We stayed here for our first trip to Cape Cod Aug 2012 and will be returning next year. Everything we needed was here. Lots of extras included (beach chairs, lots of kids toys, coolers and a welcome packet with everything we needed to know). BEST OF ALL very close to the beach as the ad says, yet it is the most private house on the street. No side or rear neighbours. (One side has a pool, the other a community garden, and out back through the bushes the conservation area and park). This home also has an extremely well stocked (and great quality) kitchen. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. I can't thank the owners enough for answering all of my emails and helping make our trip such a memorable one:) Your generosity and hospitality was greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to tell you that I/we thoroughly enjoyed staying at "A Sea Sigh" this past August. It was so quaint and I especially liked the closed in porch for the evenings, especially the rainy one we had. Very convenient to everything as well. Plenty of room. Maybe we will see you next year!!!

Lovely home. Our girls enjoyed the beach & close enough to walk back for lunch & swim again in the afternoon. Enjoyed the restaurants in the neighborhood. Flea market was fun too.

We had a restful week and loved your home. Very comfortable for us and our boys. They had a great time sailing. Very convenient location with much privacy on the deck.

We are definitely interested in returning next July. If possible, we'd like to bring two of our grandchildren from here with us this time (ages 11 and 14) as a special treat for them.I must tell you how much we enjoyed your home. Others can't hold a candle to the atmosphere and loving care put into yours. The whole setting, the panelling, the sunroom, the back deck, etc. I could go on and on. It's really a taste of the "Old Cape" as I remember it growing up.

Very nice house & grounds. Our children enjoyed their room. My parents loved the screened porch on hot days while we were at the beach. Grocery & wine shopping very nearby.

We enjoyed or stay. Everything here to cook with & convenient to have the children's items so we did not have to bring them from Maryland. Convenient to all beaches.

Worked out well for our family. Our boys had a great time, beach every day. Nice to have space for other family members. Good restaurants right around the corner.

Lovely summer home, beautiful interior. Everything was here that we needed & so close to swimming. Walked to several eateries and stores.
