This was a last minute rental for us and it did not disappoint. We are a family of 4- and we were comfortable. The house is a quintessential Cape cottage. The beds were comfortable- and the living room furniture was also able to comfortably seat the four of us. We were grateful for the window air conditioners. The bathroom was clean and the outdoor shower, clearly on the newer side, was also perfect!
The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking items. We did not use the grill but we did note that it was very clean and appeared to be in good working order. This house suited our needs and we look forward to heading back next summer. show more show less

My family really enjoyed our stay in this quaint and cozy cottage. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor shower. It's a plus after a day at the beach. The backyard was a good size. The location was perfect for services and the possibility of walking or ridding our bikes to 3 different beaches. We are looking forward to come back soon!

We've rented quite a few places over the years. My teens rate this "Best outdoor shower!" We normally prefer showering inside. But this newly updated outdoor shower was new,clean, great water pressure and offered convenient place for toiletries. The window A/C kept up with 102 degree heat that week. Road our bikes daily to the beach,so nice as a tired mom, delivery was available-had pizza delivered, enjoyed Glendon Rd beach and Haigis beach, great breakfast at Sailing Cow-road our bikes there too. Really we rode them to ice cream, and all along the water, Very responsive with any questions we had. Perfect for myself and my girls. Nice safe quiet street, plenty of privacy, dried beach towels on the line. Closets held everything. Flatscreen tv, love the windows in living room, Cozy but spacious for the 3 of us. I might bring my own frying pan next trip just to have an extra. But everything you need is there. Living room furniture is older. But the price for this lovely place is amazing for a 2 bed-walk-to-beach location! Definitely would stay here again. show more show less
