Fantastic location just about 100 yards to the Breakers /Soundings complex beach. Parking on premises, a/c, wifi in this recently renovated condo timeshare unit. There is a small deck in the rear for lounging and bbq grills provided.
This has one pool on the immediate property and another overlooking the Sound beach at the other building. Folks can ride bikes from the unit to the rail trail via side streets, Division Street and Bells Neck Rd.

There is one queen in bedroom and a pullout couch, plus room for one small air bed if needed. The main entry is from the front into the living room, which opens to kitchen area in the rear with glass sliders to the rear porch deck. A full bathroom is located off the hallway to the side, and the bedroom is nearby. Bike storage is usually available, or you can lock them to the rear deck. Kitchen has dishes and basic supplies, however, no real stove. Microwave only. Most folks bring an electric Foreman grill or similar plus use the provided propane bbq grills. The refrigerator is now an undercounter model . The color of furnishings may have changed with recent refurbishment cycle.<br /> <br /> Enjoy nice views of parkland from the rear deck. There is a paved walking trail thru Seaview Park just about 100 feet away out the back for evening strolls. Super relaxing place to stay for a week. Easy walk to the Sunday School for ice cream treats and many restaurants within walking distance.<br /> <br /> No extra fees as long as unit is left normally clean at end. No pets or smoking.
