I have stayed here many times over the years. The cottage has everything you need for a weeks stay! Weber Grill, comfortable patio to relax on, outside shower, wi-fi, quiet neighborhood, clean and affordable~! Minutes walk to 2 public beaches or a short drive to West Dennis Beach, and centrally located on the Cape to hit all the attractions. Great restaurants within a few minutes drive. Awesome neighborhoods to take a bike ride also!

My family stayed here from 7/18-7/25 2020. We really liked the location and the cottage, had number of good amenities, outdoor shower, cable TV, Wifi, nice patio with a weber grill, small but completely functional kitchen, etc. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and a local restaurant for breakfast. There was only one reason why we wouldn't return to this cottage for another stay; there was this underlying smell of mildew in the kitchen, the 2nd bedroom and the living room couch. Everything put in the kitchen cabinets or drawers absorbed the smell of mildew, sit on the couch in the living room you would absorb the smell of mildew, try to sleep on the lower bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and a fan would constantly blow the smell of mildew on you. It was not noticeable at first, but over time it could became overpowering. We had to take daily allergy medication to combat the effects of the allergic reaction to the mildew. If this place resolved the issues with the mildew, it would be an affordable, nice place to stay. show more show less
