Large Yard, Steps to Private Beach

Our family has looked forward to summer vacation at this home for the past 6 years. With a short walk to the private neighborhood beach, good sized fenced in yard and patio for grilling and outdoor dining, the location is perfect for our young grandchildren. The outside cedar shower is a novelty for us, a big hit with all the kids and makes beach cleanup a breeze. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The two family rooms, each with TV and Wi-Fi, allow the family to spread out. The cottage is a short drive to a fresh farm stand, bakery and many restaurant options. show more show less

Ive been coming to Dennis Port for weekly rentals for years now. This was my first time at this property and WOW. The house was everything you could ask for and more - the pictures don't do it justice. Every room has plenty of space for activities, the yard was gorgeous and incredibly well manicured and in under a minute you could have your toes in the sand. Speaking of the sand, the beach was so peaceful and calm. The local neighbors were all extremely welcoming and friendly to us "summer people". The most impressive part of the entire rental process was that even if I had even the simplest questions, they were answered right away, which we found to be very helpful. We will most definitely be back next year to visit this Cape Cod Oasis.

We have been renting this property for more than 12 years. At first it was only for a week but for the past several years it has been 2 weeks. The spacious home has all the amenities needed including two large TV's, modern Mitsubishi AC units in the bedrooms and living rooms, and a large patio with chairs, tables and umbrellas. It is 100 yards to the private beach along a crushed stone road. Owner has been very responsive to the very few issues that have arisen over the years. It wouldn't be summer without our trip to this spot. show more show less
