Enjoy a soothing outdoor shower after a long day at the beach — 2 adult beach chairs, 2 kid chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided. High speed internet allows you to seamlessly use multiple devices while streaming virtually anything from the 65” smart TV (Netflix and Peacock access included). 3 AC units — one in living room and each bedroom.

— Kitchen: fully stocked eat-in kitchen with 5 person table, range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. Keurig, drip coffee maker, and blender provided. Filtered water and ice from the refrigerator.
— Bathroom: one full bathroom with shower/tub and plenty of storage. Bath towels and wash cloths are provided.

Outside:
— 2 parking spaces (unassigned)

    Cape Cod at its Best!

    We had a lovely stay at this property. The condo is very well maintained and fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras not found in other rentals. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property and want their guests to fully enjoy their stay. The condo is conveniently located in a small, private complex on a quiet residential street just a short (1-2 minute) walk to a small beach and a short walk to popular Sea Street Beach and many exceptional restaurants. It was spotless upon arrival and is very roomy and comfortable. The mid-Cape location makes exploring easy but really there is no reason to leave this little piece of heaven.     A perfect beachside vacation week

    My son and his 13 year old daughter spent a week with me here after they had been confined for many months of working from home and on-line schooling. My daughter joined our bubble for 3 nights. We were generally able to maintain good social distancing from others which was important to me at my age although we were all vaccinated.

    We all had a wonderful time swimming and relaxing or stargazing at the local beach a few yards down the road or at the larger Sea Street beach a few minutes walk away, enjoying the outdoor shower when we returned "home" as the apartment quickly became for us.

    The property itself met all of our expectations and more. There was parking for two cars and the apartment was thoughtfully equipped, attractive, and very comfortable. Three televisions, lamps, good blinds, well equipped kitchen, lovely coffee machine and great supplies. A hamper of children's games and a drawer of books. We used the (brand new) barbecue and well lit outdoor seating for a number of our evening meals in the balmy Cape Cod evenings. Or ate outdoors on the beach at elegant Pelham House a few steps away or in town.

    Communication with the owners was excellent when we had queries and check in smooth and easy. We rented linen which was high quality with many towels. For the quality of the furnishings, location so close to the beach, and great amenities the price was surprisingly reasonable.

    Courtney and Santiago have created a lovely holiday opportunity that is also very affordable. Sadly Sundae School was closed when we turned up so we were not able to use the gift voucher we found in our welcome basket.     show more show less
